The Girls are the heart of any breeding program.  Their over all health, temperament, and structure are of the utmost importance in the delivery of a healthy litter of babies.  They are tested for eye and hip certifications as well as other health concerns relating to Shelties prior to being used for breeding purposes.  No bitches will be used for breeding that do not meet health standards.
